The NLADA Insurance Program offers a wide array of professional liability products designed to address the needs of the NLADA membership community. More than 800 NLADA members, representing every segment of the diverse NLADA membership, have enrolled in the program since its inception in 1994. There are many good reasons that NLADA Insurance Program participants are pleased with their coverage. Here are just a few:

  • The NLADA Insurance Program offers superlative coverages (see Summary of Coverages for more information) and competitive prices.
  • The NLADA Insurance Program offers a unique administrative structure. It is administered by the NLADA Service Corporation, a nonprofit entity governed by a Board of Directors comprised of NLADA members who make your best interests a priority.
  • An established domestic insurer, the CNA Group of Insurance Companies, provides coverage.
  • Unlike with other insurance providers, net proceeds from the Insurance Program are reinvested in the equal justice community through the support of trainings, conferences, technical assistance and other services.
